tongue update
10-29-11 (remember it happened on 10-24-11)
Playing is best done IN the basket
Two on the far right: Mama Lynn and Papa (see the glasses?)
Two in the middle: Mommy and Daddy (we're royal!)
Four on the left: Abby, Emma, Isaiah, and Noah
The kids were making them all go camping. Isn't it cute? :)
I like how Isaiah is a cowboy!

Tongue update
10-30 (BIG improvement from 10-29!)
Halloween
Abby was sad because a squirrel died in our yard.
Our squirrels are all named Chessa and Mr. Tickles so this was very traumatic.
Isaiah the cowboy! (Woody!) We got him the Buzz outfit and he loved it until he put it on and realized it was a one piece. He doesn't like one piece clothes...overalls, etc. :( This makes me sad! :( So anyway, I put it on Noah and rolled it up in such a way it fit him. It only seemed right since we had Woody, that we needed a Buzz. LOL
Tongue update (this is the last one this post...probably for ever because it is nearly all gone)
11-1
School in the living room today. :) The dolls are going to school too. (and Woody and the orange bear at Noah's feet)
lower case e's are HARD! I think we need a little more practice.
Isaiah doing "baby e's"... I'm impressed with his circles. :)
Noah (he didn't draw the stuff he is standing on)
fell asleep in the bouncy thing
Then our heater broke.
We tried everything we could think of and called Michael...and tried more things...and it was just broke. So we layered up in a million layers. *I'd like to take this moment to add, people are all gung ho about going green... turn down your heater and you'll save the planet... Well, it occured to me when we were going through double or even triple the clothes each day, that really, going green just means saving one part of the resources and using more of something else...in this case, water in the washing machine...and more plastic for detergent bottles, and more soap ingredients, and more energy for drying the clothes...yeah...going "green" isn't all it's cracked up to be.* We ran the space heater and holed up in the bedrooms and prayed it wouldn't snow despite the weather reports...and slept all four kids in one bed for warmth...
The little marshmallow could barely move with all these layers... He fell asleep on the floor in the warm room rather than on his bed.
Layers! I tell you, he's got 3 shirts on 3 pants, socks, tights (because he takes his socks off but he can't take his tights off) a hat, and a jacket. Finally not shaking or turning purple!
Look at Isaiah! :)
Silly girl!

Watching a movie (look at Abby and Isaiah! So cute and sweet to each other!)
The boys after the haircut!
Both got haircuts although Noah's is less noticeable. Mostly his was around his ears, neck and to get the few wispy bangs out of his eyes.
Aren't they HANDSOME!
oops! Missed a few spots...I'm going to have to get the clippers when he wakes up.
Still cute expressions!
Heater update!
So, after a few days of trying all kinds of things and deciding that it was probably going to cost money and require an expert to come fix, the battery symbol on the thermostat
started blinking. So we changed the batteries in the thermostat and, Praise GOD! It works!
:) :) :) :)
So we all knelt in the living room and thanked God.
And tonight, just hours later, it is supposed to snow!
