I'm so glad my Mommy taught me to sew!

When she got her Makenzie doll for her birthday, Abby also got a backpack for Makenzie.  I made a second backpack (the one on the left) today for Emma's dolls.  E for Emma!

The back of the backpacks.  They are just the tiniest, cutest things ever!!!!

For Noah, I made this dog using scraps from the fabric on his favorite blanket.  It's a little funky but I think he's going to love it because every time I pulled the extra fabric out of the box, he would cuddle it and kiss it.  So having a stuffed animal (also a favorite for him) made out of it seems like a good fit.

Close up of his face through my child fingerprinted camera lens.  Sewing the black on dark blue was super hard because I couldn't see the edges very well.  :P  And his mouth is a little cockeyed and his neck (under the arm on the left) is a tad funny looking but all in all, I'm fairly impressed since he's my first attempt at a stuffed animal of any kind and I didn't have pattern.

He has a N on his "tag" on his side seam under his right arm.  :)  Pay no attention to the thread I forgot to clip before pictures.  It's just a tail string that got on the wrong side of the seam.

N for Noah!

Shh!  Don't tell him!  It's going to be a christmas surprise.
