We've been working so hard on school, I just haven't taken many pictures since my last post.
Reward bracelets out of paper and stickers with the reward written on them so they can show Daddy...if they last that long.
It snowed a little. The big kids went outside for a total of maybe 10 minutes. This one wasn't ready to come back in yet. Even though he was soaking and cold. He is standing here shaking his head at me and saying, "Nooooo-oooooo-ooooo" as I snapped this picture.
Out of ALL the plastic creepy crawlies in our house, it WOULD have to be the nasty roach I found out of the bucket lying in wait under my bag of bread... Seriously! I mean, not the hot orange spider or the ant that isn't very real because it's three inches across...no. The roach that is practically life size and less shiny and fake looking in the beat of a heart and a glimpse. One of the kids found it and put it on the counter for me so "Noah wouldn't eat it"...
We got a science movie with our curriculum. It does like a hundred experiments for us (then we can try the same thing and see if ours is the same and wonder what we did wrong if it's not). The kids think it's awesome and LOVE watching it. They want to watch it again and again and again.
Me and the boys being silly
Noah took a picture of the fan. All by himself. He even supplied the "cheese"
Morning sickness mask. Complete with napkin and folded tsp of cinnamon by the nose. For covering over smells like changing a diaper when you just can't survive but have to get something done. Do my kids think I'm being a pirate. Yep.
Noah gets in my cabinets all the time. It's a "purse". or maybe a "diaper bag". Either way. He did it all by himself.
The day before this, he slid down the slide head first (a specialty of his) and missed the landing and whacked his cheek bone under his right eye. It left a bruise. Then that night, he also walked into the refridgerator door as it was being opened and hit the same spot. One of these two things gave him a minor black eye. This is adventure child #2.
